Our location in Greece is the very first company to introduce Contact Center Outsourcing in the local market. In 2002 it became the Regional Headquarters for the Operations in South Europe & the Middle-East and in 2004 it started becoming a major Multilingual destination for Europe, the Middle East and Africa, serving currently over 140+ markets in 36 languages & dialects and employing more than 8,200+ people from 91 nationalities.
Our operation in Greece operates today out of 6 Multilingual Hubs in Athens, 1 Campus Thessaloniki, 1 in Chania and 1 more in Tirana-Albania with a combined capacity of more than 7,600 agent workstations; supporting major Multinational Clients in the Automotive, Consumer Electronics, Energy, Fast Moving Consumer Goods, Gaming, Financial, Healthcare, Insurance, Retail & e-Retail, Technology, Telecommunications and Travel arena.
Full relocation assistance including, flight tickets to Greece, airport pick up, visa & work permit support if needed, 2 weeks free hotel accommodation and dedicated support team to make relocation/integration period as smooth as possible, including help in finding an apartment, paid procedure by the company.
After one year of employment, any employee can apply for senior roles within the company.
Salary + bonusses : 1.300,- € + 200,- € After training completion. & 300,- € bonus after 6 month collaboration.

Your task: to interact effectively with existing customers via inbound calls, emails and chat in order to provide customer care, technical support, inside sales, content moderation & online gaming support

What we expect: Length of employment at least 1 year, customer care orientation, adaptability in a fast paced environment, language skills for the supportive language at a native level & fluent in English. Also, any familiarity and product knowledge will be an asset, e.g. Mac, MS, Dropbox user etc.
Work hours: 8 hours per day / 5 days per week including weekends based on production’s schedule. +75% working on Sunday shifts & bank holidays & +25% night shifts.
